hi87 Responsible Gaming
hi87 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not a burden. With our safe gaming tools and 24/7 support, you can always stay in control.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming and betting can be enjoyable and safe when treated as a form of entertainment. But when it turns into a habit or dependency, it can lead to financial, mental, and family problems. hi87 always wants its users to game with awareness, wellbeing, and enjoyment.
We firmly believe that responsible gaming is not just a rule — it is the core foundation of our platform. At hi87 you will find deposit limit controls, a self-exclusion option, the ability to take a break, and access to support at any time.
Remember: gaming should never be considered a source of income. Every bet carries a risk, and being aware of that risk is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Important: All services at hi87 are intended for users aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.
Our Safe Gaming Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit yourself. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded — this keeps your budget protected.
Temporary Break (Time-Out)
If you feel you need a rest, you can temporarily pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this time, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
For longer-term protection, you can choose self-exclusion — from six months up to permanently. This option makes the decision firm so that returning in a moment of impulse is difficult.
Session Limits
Set a time limit for how long you play in one session. Once the set time has passed, hi87 will automatically alert you and ask you to take a break.
Activity History
You can view your complete history of bets, deposits, and withdrawals at any time. Reviewing your own gaming patterns helps you make informed decisions.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact hi87 at any time via live chat or email ([email protected]) — help is available in both Bengali and English.
Warning Signs of a Problem
When gaming shifts from entertainment to a problem, it is not always easy to recognise. If you notice the following signs, you should seek help:
- You keep betting to try to win back money you have lost ("chasing losses")
- You feel restless or irritable when you try to stop gaming
- You are hiding your gaming from family or friends
- You are betting with money meant for household or urgent expenses
- You feel mentally unsettled when you are unable to game
- You are losing interest in work, studies, or social relationships
- You are borrowing or taking loans to fund gaming
If even one of the signs above appears in your life, contact hi87's support team today. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
